Psychometric Instruments

Organisations and teams can benefit from having a better understanding of the individuals that they are comprised of and their abilities, attitudes and personality. Psychometric instruments provide a means of conceptualising and/or assessing these components of individuals. They can assist in developing and unlocking the potential within individuals, leading to the improvement of their performance and relationships within the workplace.

When selecting the appropriate psychometric instruments, Entya Consulting places great emphasis on the validity and reliability of the instruments to determine their quality and to ensure professionalism. The identified instruments can be classified as Level A or Level B instruments, where:

Psychometric instruments can be harmful to individuals and organisations if misused. Entya Consulting ensures that any psychometric instrument is used in an appropriate and ethical manner by adhering to the prescribed procedures for the use of each instrument.
