Individual Development - Personal Growth

When embarking on personal growth, individuals and organisations must realise that this is an ongoing developmental effort. Knowledge and skills learnt in the process can and should be applied to all aspects of life and not restricted to the workplace.
In personal growth programmes, Entya Consulting utilises various psychometric tools to provide knowledge and an understanding of self. Importantly, these tools seek not to pigeon-hole and stereotype individuals, but instead, are developmental in nature as they emphasise strengths, potential risks, and highlight areas for growth.

Recognising that when personal growth programmes are not managed professionally and ethically, there will be more negative than positive impacts to an individual, Entya Consulting always includes professional feedback and coaching sessions in tandem with any programme.
